We don’t just look every day for people with problems, but we get notifications when these problems pop up. We set up a Google notification to alert us when certain keywords are used, such as “Windows search”, “Alternatives to Windows search”, “problems with” etc. We receive several notifications from Google and other social channels letting us know who is having these problems and we can then reach out to them with a targeted email. It’s really quite simple.

Some copywriters enter the field after getting degrees in English or Literature. The most important skill will be a sophisticated command of the English language. As an example owners of amusement parks don’t have the same interests as bounce house rental companies or circuses. Just in case I haven’t mentioned this before my company helps sell amusement, concessions, and confection equipment. I also prefer email because the mailing list is mine. It isn’t dependent on a social media company or someone else’s website. I know that the people who do read my emails are going to be directed to pages on my site and only my site. And one other thing I’ve noticed is that I get more enquiries about new listings in weeks after I sent out an email post to a given group. Thanks again and keep up the good work, Max

Every now and then, you may want to send a dedicated email to a certain group of people. For example, if you're hosting a conference or event, you might want to send a dedicated email just to event registrants to alert them of any new event updates they should be aware of (like in the screenshot above). Or if your business is community based, it might be a good idea to send a monthly email to welcome all your new members.

When it comes to the email your business sends, make it clear that this offer or event is the result of a partnership with company X -- especially if your co-marketing partner is particularly popular or impressive. To do this, you can adjust the company logo in your email to also include the other business' logo. Furthermore, make sure your copy mentions both businesses, and create a custom graphic or image to visualize the offer or event. 
A better approach, or better said, an approach worth testing is offering the white paper for no commitment, allow the prospect to download it immediately without providing an email address. In the white paper, link back to resources on your site.
